Rates: Prefeit stall, 12X12 totally enclosed - $20.00 Stall behind with shed type cover over portion 12X24 - $20 If rented with front stall, both for $30.00.  Will hold one or two horses.

Turn out pasture with new wood-lined shed approximately 2 ½ acres $40.00 for 1 or 2 horses or $50.00 for maximum of 3. 

The Arena is available for several horses if they do not fight, and also Round pen, price minimum $20.00, $5.00 per additional horse.  Arena can be used for riding and exercise if not rented for horses, a scheduled event or Mounted Shooting practice there. 
Arena is 150’ by 300’, sandy soil, very seldom muddy, dries very fast after a rain; excellent footing. 

Round pen is 60’. 

RV, 30 amp, electric only, water available by hose, easy in, easy out - $15.00

Bluestem prairie hay, when available - $6.00.

Discounts available 10% off 2^nd night; 15% off 3^rd night.
